Excellent work environment and opportunities for process improvement. **BRANCH MANAGER ASSISTANT – COMMERCIAL AREA (AREQUIPA)** Join us as a **Branch Assistant** and become part of our commercial growth initiative by providing strategic support to the sales team, tracking results, and managing operational activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily sales control and follow-up. * Monitoring the performance of the Call Center team. * Supervising proper prospect management and follow-up in Kommo CRM. * Preparing commercial reports and management indicators. * Verifying compliance with commercial processes and follow-up on potential customers. * Conducting field activity supervision and accompaniment. * Coordinating improvement actions with the Branch Manager. * Supporting the execution of commercial campaigns and strategies. * Identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer service processes. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial areas, sales, supervision, or customer service. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Kommo CRM experience (preferred). * Availability to perform fieldwork when required. * Residence in Arequipa. **Competencies** * Leadership and coordination ability. * Strong verbal communication and effective interpersonal skills. * Task organization and follow-up capability. * Proactivity and positive attitude. * Punctuality and responsibility. **Schedule** * Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Days off: Monday and Tuesday** **We Offer:** * Salary of 1200 * Excellent work environment. * Direct involvement in the management and commercial development of the branch.
