Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to verify invoices, control and settle expenses, prepare profitability reports, coordinate with departments, and track purchases and travel allowances. Ongoing training **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Technical or University degree in Administration, Accounting, or related Engineering fields * Proficiency in Pivot Tables (basic\- intermediate), to be assessed via an exam * Knowledge of accounting principles * Intermediate typing skills * Minimum experience: 3 to 6 months in similar positions (mandatory) * Must reside in areas near Surco **Responsibilities:** * Verify the authenticity of purchase invoices and receipts. * Monitor project and service expenses according to cost centers. * Prepare profitability reports for each project and service by cost center. * Process expense settlements for personnel assigned to projects and services. * Ensure adherence to purchase delivery schedules for projects and services. * Track staff travel allowances for reimbursement. * Coordinate with departments involved in the project (Engineering and Projects, Services, Logistics, etc.). * Record weekly and monthly construction material purchases. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Benefits:** * Ongoing training. * Excellent work environment, continuous learning, career growth, and job stability. * Salary based on evaluation / competitive with market standards. Employment type: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. in SURCO (near Ricardo Palma University).
