We seek a committed, reliable, organized, and proactive female candidate who assumes responsibilities seriously and demonstrates initiative in problem-solving, with aspirations to build a long-term career within the company. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform manual tasks such as sewing, thread trimming, stuffing cotton into plush toys, decorative work, and others. * Conduct inventory control, counting, and organization. * Supervise product, supply, and material quality. * Coordinate procurement, supply replenishment, and supplier follow-up. * Conduct site visits to Gamarra, Central Lima, Wilson, or other purchasing and production locations as needed. * Maintain records, reports, KPIs, and controls in Excel. * Manage petty cash and submit expense reports. * Support logistical organization of events, trade fairs, and brand activations. * Participate in sales during events and commercial activities. * Maintain constant communication with various departments across the company to identify needs and improvement opportunities. * Stay attentive to market trends, products, and digital tools that add value to the company. * Support social media content creation, including participation in recordings, photography, and audiovisual material as required. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper presentation of the store, warehouses, and work areas. **REQUIREMENTS** * Preferably aged 25 years or older. * Preferably completed technical or university studies. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in Excel and Canva. * Interest and aptitude for learning artificial intelligence tools.
