Ongoing training At **Hotel la colina**, we are seeking a **Logistics Assistant** to guarantee the proper supply and control of resources required for the operation of our restaurants. **Work Location:** Ica \- Guadalupe Responsibilities: * Coordinate timely procurement of supplies, materials, and goods for various restaurant departments. * Track purchase orders and supplier deliveries. * Assist in receiving, unloading, and verifying merchandise, ensuring received items match purchase orders. * Record product inflows and outflows in the system and maintain up-to-date inventory records. * Organize, store, and label products according to established procedures. * Prepare and dispatch supplies based on operational department requirements.
