Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage requirements, quotations, purchase orders, and tracking of materials and services, ensuring administrative control and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Preferable experience in logistics within the construction or civil works sector. 2. Advanced Excel skills for logistics reporting. 3. Comprehensive management of requirements, quotations, and purchase/service orders. A real estate company is looking for a Logistics Assistant with the following qualifications;Position Profile: Logistics Assistant **Academic Qualifications**: * Technician graduate or degree holder in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. * Additional training or studies in logistics management are desirable. **Knowledge and Experience**: * Experience in logistics and administrative processes, preferably in companies within the construction or civil works sector. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency: pivot tables, formulas, data lookup, filters, charts, and report generation. * Familiarity with and ability to operate the Contasis system. * Knowledge of warehouse management, procurement, purchase orders, quotations, inventory control, and supplier tracking. * Proficiency in handling administrative documentation: invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, service orders, and related documents. **Main Responsibilities**: * Manage and track material and service requirements. * Request and compare supplier quotations. * Prepare and track purchase and service orders. * Record and manage information in Contasis. * Coordinate material delivery and receipt at construction sites. * Verify supplier documentation, invoices, and delivery notes. * Generate logistics and control reports using Excel. * Monitor purchases and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment. Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
