Continuous training in luxury and aesthetic marketing. **Marketing and PR Assistant – Nova Estética** **Position Type:** Full-time **Location:** Miraflores / Hybrid mode **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. \| Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **About Nova Estética** Nova Estética is a leading brand in **aesthetic medicine, micropigmentation, and hair treatments**, with locations in Miraflores and Surco. We are currently expanding and seeking a **Marketing and Public Relations Assistant** who is passionate about aesthetics, design, organization, and content creation, to work directly with General Management. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide direct support to **General Management** in executing the marketing, branding, and public relations plan. * Coordinate and schedule collaborations with **influencers, partner brands, and media outlets**. * Plan and supervise recording sessions, photography shoots, and social media content creation. * Manage the content publishing calendar jointly with the community manager. * Draft brand texts, descriptions, and campaign messages. * Monitor social media analytics and performance of paid campaigns. * Send emails, proposals, or press releases to companies or collaborators. * Oversee graphic materials, branding assets, and digital creatives (aligned with Nova Estética’s visual style). * Coordinate monthly promotions or activations together with reception and sales teams. * Support events, Beauty Days, and brand launches. **Requirements** * Professional or advanced student in **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in digital marketing, executive assistance, or influencer management. * Proficiency in **Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).** * Excellent writing, spelling, and aesthetic sensibility. * Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and visual judgment. * Preferred: Basic knowledge of video or photo editing. **Personal Competencies** * Passion for aesthetics, detail, and fashion. * Assertive and professional communication. * Planning ability and quick problem-solving skills. * Empathy, commitment, and loyalty. * Proactive, multitasking profile with positive energy. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Continuous training in luxury and aesthetic marketing. * Growth opportunity toward **Marketing Coordinator or Brand Manager.** * Integration into a recognized brand with an excellent work environment. * Participation in exclusive events, productions, and campaigns. **Join the Nova Estética Team** If you are passionate about beauty, marketing, and stylish visual environments, this is your opportunity to grow professionally alongside a leading brand.
