Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Assistant to support digital campaigns and sales-impacting content. Key Highlights: 1. Support in digital campaign creation and execution (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). 2. Social media content coordination (Instagram, TikTok). 3. Influencer/micro-influencer management and tracking. We Are Seeking a Marketing Assistant (Fashion / Retail – Sales-Focused) We are looking for a proactive, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Assistant who can support the execution of campaigns and content with direct sales impact. Main Responsibilities * Support digital campaign creation and execution (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). * Coordinate social media content (Instagram, TikTok). * Support content production (reels, live streams, trends). * Manage and track influencers/micro-influencers. * Support collection launches and commercial campaigns. * Monitor basic metrics (reach, engagement, conversions). * Coordinate with design, sales, and stores for content and promotions. * Maintain an organized content calendar. Candidate Profile * Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or social media. * Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. * Creativity + fast execution (key). * Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. * Awareness of digital trends. * Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Highly Valued If You Have * Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce. * Prior work with influencers. * Participation in sales-generating campaigns. * Strong aesthetic sense (content that sells, not just “pretty”).
