Job Summary: Importaciones Tukuy Rikuy E.I.R.L. seeks an E-commerce Platform Assistant to manage virtual stores, product updates, order control, inventory, and shipment coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage virtual stores and marketplaces such as Falabella and Mercado Libre. 2. Update products, prices, and images on digital platforms. 3. Validate orders, manage inventory, and coordinate shipments. Importaciones Tukuy Rikuy E.I.R.L. is seeking an **E-commerce Platform Assistant** to join our team. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with interest in developing expertise in marketplace and e-commerce management. The role involves supporting the administration of our virtual stores, product updates, order control, inventory management, and shipment coordination. **Responsibilities** * Manage the company’s stores on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as Falabella, Ripley, Intercorp, and Mercado Libre. * Register, upload, and update products across various virtual stores. * Update published product information, pricing, images, and specifications. * Validate orders and shipments recorded on platforms. * Verify inventory availability in the system and coordinate physical verification with the warehouse. * Prepare orders corresponding to sales generated by platforms. * Manage and track shipments from various stores. * Coordinate with the Warehouse Department to ensure correct preparation and delivery of orders. * Generate sales reports and order tracking reports. * Support creation and updating of content for new products. * Issue payment receipts via SUNAT. * Maintain up-to-date information on assigned platforms. **Requirements** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Prior knowledge or experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or virtual stores is desirable. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication skills. * Proactivity and initiative. * Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to managing various digital platforms. **Working Conditions** **Work Modality:** On-site. **Work Location:** Av. Universitaria 7195, Comas – Lima. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Fixed Salary:** S/1,200.00 per month. How to Apply?
