Review drawings, specifications, and work procedures **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT \- FINISHING** ======================================= Company: DESARROLLO LINCE SAC (PE30\) Location: Projects Our company **DESARROLLO LINCE SAC (PE30\) (P027\)** is seeking top talent for the position of: **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT \- FINISHING** **Job Objective** ----------------------- * Assist and support the Construction Engineer in daily operations. * Coordinate with site supervisors and record daily production progress. * Replace the Production Engineer during their breaks. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Review drawings and technical specifications for daily work and for projecting scheduled activities in the Three Week plan. * Assist the Production Engineer in preparing daily production reports (Daily Report). * Deliver work authorizations and updated construction drawings to site supervisors, and verify that work is executed accordingly. * Develop construction work procedures. * Periodically review processes to identify improvements in management and operational activities, thereby enhancing work efficiency. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Geological, or Electronic Engineering, or related fields * One year of experience as a Trainee or Production Assistant, Technical Office Assistant, or Cost Assistant in real estate-oriented companies (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. * Knowledge of planning and cost control. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.
