




Job Summary: Customs clearance coordinator with experience in customs brokerage firms, responsible for end-to-end customs clearance management, coordination with clients and suppliers, and documentation tracking. Comprehensive coordination of customs clearance and customer service. **Responsibilities:** Receives client instructions for container loading and customs documentation submission. Coordinates with courier services and clients to collect original documents and/or signed forms, arranging SENASA inspections where applicable. Creates O/S entries in the system and completes the review form for each customs clearance, including partial clearances derived from a preceding regime. Books containers with freight agencies and confirms container stuffing locations. Responds to clients' technical inquiries; escalates unfamiliar topics to the department head or General Manager. Prepares proforma invoices for customs clearance and coordinates monetary deposits with clients; for orders received via C\&B, funds are requested through that company's remote SINTAD system. Maintains an updated daily planning schedule. Sends status updates to clients within required timeframes and formats. Sends management indicators to clients. Requests transportation, custody, crane, and forklift services (when required by the client) from suppliers. Coordinates with the Clearance Manager regarding physical verification, SENASA inspections, and any additional warehouse communications. Enters appropriate annotations for customs clearance tracking. Monitors deadlines for regularization of advance and urgent customs clearances. Follows up with DAM until release authorization is obtained. **Requirements:** Experience in customs brokerage, international trade, or similar companies.
