On behalf of our client, a leading collective investment fund company, we are looking for a Treasury Assistant. **PROFILE** * University bachelor's degree and/or technical degree in: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Desired: Courses or workshops on supplier payments, reconciliations, cash handling, etc. * Experience in supplier payments. * Experience in bank reconciliations. * Minimum one year performing related functions in finance, banking, or automotive sectors. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with Spring or ERP systems is desirable. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support consolidation of collection reports for the Collective Fund accounts. * Record and update corresponding transactions for the company’s accounts in ERP systems. * Periodically report to internal departments the summary of collected amounts for subsequent reconciliation. * Perform bank settlement and reconciliation. * Support generation of the cash flow report. * Support bank account management and financial transactions. * Prepare and safeguard, when required, cash files and dispatch them to the custodian company. * Weekly execute and schedule cancellation of various provisionally issued payment vouchers. * Process supplier payments for the company. * If the client requests withdrawal from the group, generate a payment order in the client’s name and request approval at the appropriate authority level. * Execute commission payments to vendors and dealers nationwide, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions. * Process tax payments, including withholdings, IGV (General Sales Tax), and income tax, in accordance with the company’s tax obligations. * Report risks inherent to the role, as well as early warning signals enabling identification of suspicious transactions. **CONDITIONS** * Fixed-term employment contract, renewable under the general payroll regime. * Health insurance (EPS) coverage at 75%. * Oncology coverage at 100%. * Food card. * Hybrid work modality, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
