Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor for an educational institution, responsible for customer retention, advisory services, collections, sales, and customer service, plus additional duties as assigned. Opportunity for career progression and continuous training An educational institution is currently looking for a **Sales Advisor for our branch located in the district of Lince**. **Requirements:** * Experience in sales. * Technical or university education (incomplete or completed). **Responsibilities:** * Retain customers and provide advisory services * Collections, sales, and customer service * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **First Shift:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 am \- 5:00 pm * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 pm * Sunday: 8:00 am \- 3:30 pm * **Rotating day off between Saturday or Sunday** **Second Shift:** * Monday to Friday: 12:30 am \- 9:30 pm * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 pm * Sunday: 8:00 am \- 3:30 pm * **Rotating day off between Saturday or Sunday** **Compensation:** * S/1,300\.00 soles \+ Bonuses for meeting targets * Starting from the 4th month: S/1,400\.00 soles \+ Bonuses for meeting targets. * Additional bonus for Sunday attendance **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration. * Life Insurance (Mandatory Law). * Pleasant work environment. * Career progression path. * Ongoing training.
