Positive work environment **CASA ASUNCIÓN is seeking a Sales and Cashier Assistant** We are looking for a young, responsible, and motivated individual eager to join a new and growing traditional desserts company. **Position:** Sales and Cashier Assistant **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Employment Type:** Full-time, with a 1-hour lunch break **Location:** El Tambo, Huancayo **Industry:** Traditional desserts **Main Responsibilities:** * Opening and closing the sales point. * Customer service and information provision. * Product sales. * Cash handling and sales recordkeeping. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene at the sales point. * Assisting with product display and presentation. **We Are Looking For:** * A positive attitude and friendly demeanor. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Organization, cleanliness, and commitment. * Willingness to learn and grow with the company. * Prior experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not mandatory. **We Offer:** * Timely salary payment. * Commissions based on goal achievement. * Sales and customer service training. * Opportunity for career progression as the company grows. * Positive work environment.
