Desired Profile * Experience working with preschool-aged children. * Studies in Education, Psychology, or related fields (students, graduates, or education assistants). * Strong service orientation, patience, and enthusiasm for early childhood learning. * Strong communication skills with parents, teamwork ability, and adaptability to change.
