We operate under the **MYPE regime**, allowing you to enjoy the benefits offered by a small enterprise, including a close-knit and collaborative work environment. **Position Objective:** The **Financial and Commercial Performance Assistant** will be responsible for generating **daily profit-and-loss reports** per shift, monitoring the sales team’s achievement of commercial targets, and delivering this information clearly and promptly to the commercial team and management. **Responsibilities:** * **Daily Monitoring of Profits and Losses:** * Review **daily transactions** related to sports betting. * Prepare detailed **profit-and-loss reports per shift** and per bet type. * Deliver these reports clearly and promptly to the **commercial department** and **management**. * **Tracking Commercial Targets:** * Monitor the **achievement of collection targets** for the sales team, ensuring established objectives are met per shift and per location. * Generate daily reports on the sales team’s performance, flagging potential deviations from targets. * Suggest improvements or corrective actions if any team member fails to meet their objectives. * **Staff Performance Analysis:** * Conduct analysis of key KPIs such as betting volume, conversion rate, and amounts collected per shift and location. * Collaborate with the commercial department to adjust strategies and set new targets based on results analysis. * **Collaboration with Finance and Commercial Teams:** * Work closely with the accountant and other team members to ensure accuracy of financial reports. * Maintain constant communication with the commercial department to adjust targets according to performance. * **Monthly Results Report:** * Prepare a summary of **monthly results**, including analysis of **profits** and **targets achieved**, for presentation to management. **Requirements:** * Minimum **6 months to 1 year of experience** in roles related to **financial analysis**, **commercial target tracking**, or administrative tasks. * Knowledge of **basic accounting** and **data analysis** (Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools). * Ability to work with **commercial targets** and **deliver clear, detailed reports**. * Proactive, responsible attitude with a **strong interest in learning** and growing within the finance and commercial areas. **Position Conditions:** * **Company Type**: **Small Enterprise** under the **MYPE regime**. * **Location**: Lima, Villa el Salvador * **Working Hours**: **Monday to Saturday**, from **9:00 am to 6:00 pm**. * **Contract Type**: **Indefinite-term**, full-time. * **Salary**: Between **S/ 1,200 \- S/ 1,700 monthly**. * **Benefits**: **Full small-enterprise benefits**, with a close-knit and collaborative environment. **Why Join Us?** Working at a **small enterprise** under the **MYPE regime** offers you a dynamic and flexible environment, with a **committed and collaborative team**.
