We are looking for a Community Social Assistant to collaborate with us on the 41A Road Corridor project. If you have experience in road construction or earthworks projects, we want to meet you! Your Responsibilities: * Organize informational meetings with communities and stakeholder groups. * Participate in community negotiations and agreements. * Prepare monthly social management reports. * Monitor project-related social commitments. * Maintain effective communication with actors in the area of influence. * Manage and update reports and indicators in Excel. Requirements: * Graduate, Bachelor’s, or Licentiate degree in Social Communication, Sociology, Anthropology, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles involving social management, community engagement, or stakeholder collaboration. * Experience in road construction or highway building projects. * Experience organizing informational meetings and coordinating with communities. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
