The selected candidate will participate in the production process, operating various machines and performing manual tasks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards within the plant. Work Schedule * **Day off:** Sunday (rotating monthly). * **Shift 1:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., and Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. * **Shift 2:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. Benefits * Direct payroll enrollment from day one. * All statutory benefits. * EsSalud health insurance. * Family allowance (if applicable). * Profit-sharing participation. * Attendance bonus. * Transportation bonus. * Salary of **S/ 1,150**, with an increase upon completing one year. * 70% meal coverage. * Excellent work environment and professional development opportunity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate production machinery (ringing, preparation, cutting, rubber processing, and other manual operations). * Maintain a clean and orderly workplace. * Comply with quality, safety, and internal company regulations. * Know and respect evacuation routes and safety protocols. * Follow established work instructions and procedures. * Support various production area activities as required by operational needs. * We seek proactive individuals with willingness to learn, adaptability, and availability to work overtime when operationally required.
