Job Summary: Assist in the packaging of pharmaceutical products according to guidelines and maintain quality in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in pharmaceutical product packaging. 2. Responsible for pharmaceutical product packaging and packing. 3. Desirable training in GMP and manufacturing processes. **JOB DESCRIPTION** **1\. JOB OBJECTIVES** Assist in the packaging of pharmaceutical products in accordance with packaging guidelines and maintain product quality in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **2\. GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES.** \- Responsible for packaging and packing of products manufactured by Laboratorio Belofarm S.A.C. \- Perform correct packaging of products and record in the technical envelope. \- Comply with cleaning and sanitization procedures for the assigned area. \- Comply with cleaning and sanitization procedures for areas, equipment, and packaging materials. \- Correctly complete packaging forms (area cleaning and sanitization records, temperature and humidity control, cleaning status labels, process labels on the production line). \- Attend general and specific training sessions provided by the Production Department and undergo corresponding evaluations. \- Receive packaged products placed in properly labeled trays. \- Report any non-conformities detected or questions raised to the Packaging Supervisor. \- Distribute production work uniforms and clean-area work uniforms. \- Deliver finished products correctly to the Warehouse Department. \- Perform accurate volume control of packaged products. \- Receive trays containing packaged products, sequentially numbered, from the packaging area. \- Label materials under the employee's responsibility. \- Apply product codes to boxes requiring packaging. \- Clean trays to be used in the packaging process. \- Destroy waste and defective products. \- Destroy empty blisters and machine test waste. \- Fold and assemble boxes to be used in product packaging processes. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **3\. JOB PROFILE** **3\.1 EDUCATION** \- Completed Secondary Education **3\.2 TRAINING** \- GMP knowledge desirable \- Knowledge of manufacturing processes desirable. **3\.3 SKILLS** \- Leadership \- Orderliness \- Organization \- Proactivity \- Ability to work in teams and under pressure \- Goal- and objective-oriented **3\.4 EXPERIENCE** \- Preferably 6 months of experience in similar positions within the pharmaceutical industry. Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
