Positive attitude and willingness to learn On behalf of our partner **BONZAI**, we are looking for a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** Job Overview Support food preparation, organize supplies, and maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen. We seek dynamic, responsible individuals with a service-oriented mindset, capable of working effectively in teams and thriving in fast-paced environments. Main Responsibilities * Perform mise en place activities. * Wash, cut, and portion ingredients. * Assist in food preparation. * Maintain kitchen order and cleanliness. * Comply with food hygiene and handling regulations. * Support the head chef in operational tasks. * Keep workstations adequately stocked. Requirements * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar roles. * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Availability for on-site work. * Ability to work under pressure. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Valid Health Certificate (desirable).
