We are currently seeking a **Full-time Bar Assistant** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare beverages (classic and house recipes) according to standardized recipes and established guidelines. * Support bar mise en place (supplies, glassware, garnishes, etc.). * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization of the bar area. * Monitor supplies, labeling, and expiration dates. * Coordinate with the service team to ensure prompt customer service. * Carry out tasks assigned by the area supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in bars, customer service, or similar roles. * Prior knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology (classic or basic). * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene protocols for handling food and beverages. * Knowledge of labeling, tagging, and supply control. * Availability to work rotating shifts (openings, mid-shifts, and closings). * Positive attitude, responsibility, and service orientation. * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. * Preference for candidates residing in or near Cercado de Lima or adjacent districts. **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration (General Regime). * Market-competitive remuneration. * Meal coverage during shifts. * Continuous training. * Career development path. * Corporate discounts. * Positive work environment. **Work Location: Cercado de Lima** Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
