Position Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant with experience in accounting documentation, customer billing, and route coordination to join our team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages, verifies, and records accounting documentation 2. Prepares and issues invoices and delivery guides for customers 3. Coordinates with the route scheduling department A commercial and distribution company of construction materials—including cement, steel, bricks, and others—is seeking and selecting a qualified candidate to fill the position: **BILLING ASSISTANT \- AFTERNOON SHIFT (MONDAY TO SATURDAY, 2 PM TO 10 PM)** **Must reside in Villa María del Triunfo, Lurín, Pachacamac, or surrounding areas (NUEVA ESPERANZA)** Requirements: * **Student or graduate of a technical or university program in Accounting or related fields.** * **Minimum 1 year of experience in billing or logistics.** * **Availability to work the required schedule.** Responsibilities: * Receives, manages, verifies, analyzes, and records accounting documentation issued by the company’s suppliers. * Verifies, prepares, calculates, and determines amounts to be invoiced to customers according to sales conditions, quantities, terms, credit arrangements, and requested transportation; issues delivery guides and other relevant documents. * Coordinates with the route scheduling department as needed and in accordance with terms agreed upon with the customer. * Prepares, verifies, and analyzes delivery guide and billing reports for review and evaluation by the immediate supervisor. * Registers, verifies, and forwards invoices and other relevant documentation to the Collections Supervision unit for execution of its duties. * Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
