If you enjoy sales and seek a stable income plus attractive commissions, this is your opportunity! **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Serve and advise customers in-store. * Offer and sell Bitel mobile lines, devices, number portability, and services. * Achieve established sales targets. * Maintain orderly and proper product displays. * Perform activations and operational processes in the system. * Provide courteous, customer satisfaction-focused service. **REQUIREMENTS** * No prior experience required (sales experience preferred). * Availability to work in Villa El Salvador or Villa Maria del Triunfo. * Availability to work 48 hours per week. * Positive attitude, strong verbal communication skills, and results-oriented mindset. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment under the **MYPE** regime from day one. * Fixed salary of S/1,130 \+ commissions up to S/2,000\. * Career advancement opportunities.
