**Responsibilities**
* Assist the cargo supervisor in handling parcels and luggage to ensure smooth operations.
* Prepare and submit incident reports related to cargo handling, complying with established safety regulations.
* Record and report billing activities in the organization's billing system to the Operations Control Center.
* Monitor, report, and comply with the anti-bribery and anti-corruption management system.
**Requirements**
* With or without experience
* Full availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (8 hours – 4 shifts: morning, afternoon, night, and early morning)
* Good physical health
* Availability to attend 4 days of in-person training
* Completed secondary education
