We are currently seeking a **Civil Engineer** to participate in an important **building construction tender project**. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in **Civil Engineering**. * Registered and licensed with the professional association. * Minimum **four years of professional experience**, calculated from the date of registration with the professional association. * **Specific experience** holding positions such as: * Construction Resident. * Construction Supervisor. * Head of Supervision. * Construction Inspector. * Project Manager. * Project Director. * Project General Manager or similar roles. **Required Experience:** * Experience in **general building construction projects**: construction, reconstruction, remodeling, renovation, expansion, improvement, and/or rehabilitation of administrative or public service facilities, educational buildings, sports facilities, healthcare facilities, security and surveillance facilities, correctional facilities, public and recreational spaces, rural construction projects within this specialty, and related projects. **Training:** * Training and/or specialization in **Construction Residency and/or Construction Supervision**, or equivalent, with a minimum duration of **24 hours**. **Work Modality:** * Participation in a tender project.
