Job Summary: Civil Engineer responsible for preparing plans, evaluating project costs and budgets, performing quantity surveying, supervising on-site activities, and effectively developing projects. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of plans and evaluation of project costs and budgets 2. Quantity surveying for urban development and condominium projects 3. On-site supervision and control of activity execution Responsibilities: \- Prepare and deliver plans in accordance with established standards. \- Prepare and evaluate costs and budgets for projects in the portfolio. \- Perform quantity surveying and prepare budgets for urban development and condominium projects. \- Prepare incident reports regarding construction sites, structures, costs, and budgets. \- Supervise and control on-site execution of activities. \- Execute and carry out project and/or construction development efficiently and effectively. \- Experience in preparing files under Law No. 29090 and/or sanitation and registry registration files. Requirements: \- Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. \- Knowledge of structural design. \- Ability to interpret drawings. \- Proficiency in software: CIVIL 3D, AUTOCAD, SAP 2000\. \- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
