Main Responsibilities: * Carry out civil construction work in accordance with established procedures. * Perform masonry, formwork, finishing, and other civil works-related tasks. * Interpret basic blueprints to ensure accurate execution of assigned tasks. * Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of civil structures. * Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Civil Operator. * Knowledge of masonry, carpentry, and/or related activities. * Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation. * Availability to work in **Oyón**. * Availability to work under project-based employment terms.
