Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, organized, and committed operator for food preparation and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen, dining, and office areas. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes occupational hygiene and safety M\&L Grupo Empresarial S.A.C. is hiring an operator who is responsible, organized, and committed, tasked with food preparation and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen, dining, and office areas, ensuring efficient and high-quality service at the offices of **M\&L GRUPO EMPRESARIAL S.A.C.**, located at ***Pje. Hipólito Unanue 184 \- Breña***. Work Schedule: * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Saturday:** 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * **Rest Days:** Sundays and holidays. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (preferred). * Valid DNI ***(mandatory)***. * Availability to work in Breña. * No police, judicial, or criminal records. * Responsibility and punctuality. Responsibilities: * Prepare lunches according to schedule. * Wash utensils, tableware, and equipment used during food preparation. * Monitor proper storage of supplies and cleaning products. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety standards. * Maintain cleanliness, disinfection, and order in the kitchen, dining area, and assigned areas at all times. * Collect, sort, and dispose of waste in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations. * Use designated cleaning products and equipment appropriately.
