Safe work focused on the gym's image and hygiene **CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT — SAN MIGUEL (MORNING SHIFT)** **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * **Experience:** Proven experience in disinfection and cleaning tasks (in stores, offices, homes, or other commercial spaces). * **Values:** Strict punctuality, discipline, proactivity, and responsibility. * **Residence:** Must reside in San Miguel or nearby districts such as Pueblo Libre, Magdalena, Cercado de Lima, La Victoria, and adjacent areas. **SCHEDULE (MORNING SHIFT):** * **Monday to Friday:** 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays:** 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * **Rest Day:** One rotating day per week (either Saturday or Sunday). **ROLE OBJECTIVE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure clean, safe facilities and superior operational standards through: * Continuous disinfection of exercise equipment, training rooms, restrooms, and reception area. * Maintenance of cleanliness at building façades, main entrance, and parking area. * Timely disposal and periodic emptying of waste bins in locker rooms, gym floor, and reception. * Preservation of the gym’s impeccable image and hygiene. **COMPENSATION AND CONDITIONS:** * **Monthly salary:** S/ 1,200\.00 soles (paid biweekly and at month-end). * **Additional benefit:** Free membership to train at no cost within the chain. * **Legal employment:** Enrollment in the MYPE payroll starting from the 4th month, with all statutory benefits. * Safe work, immediate hiring, and job stability.
