




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and disinfecting various areas, following established schedules and protocols, and coordinating with supervisory staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and disinfection across multiple areas 2. Follow cleaning schedules and protocols 3. Pay special attention to high-contact surfaces and coordinate with management **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * 1 year of experience **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform cleaning and disinfection of floors, lobbies, elevators, staircases, basements, social areas, and garbage rooms. * Carry out duties according to the maintenance schedule and established cleaning protocols. * Pay special attention to high-contact surfaces (buttons, handrails, mirrors, etc.). * Promptly report any defects or anomalies detected in the facilities to supervisors. * Coordinate special tasks with security personnel or management when necessary. * Request cleaning supplies in advance and maintain usage records, using them responsibly. * Keep work tools clean and in good condition at the end of each shift. * Comply with internal regulations and Occupational Health and Safety standards.
