EL POLO, SANTIAGO DE SURCO)*** **REQUIREMENTS** \- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Cleaning Assistant/Operator (preferably in restaurants). \- Availability to work **rotating shifts (8 hours per day)** **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Clean and disinfect assigned areas (restrooms, dining area, and kitchen). \- Organize the dishwashing area, arranging bar utensils. \- Perform pre-rinsing of tableware, kitchen utensils, cutlery, and equipment. \- Support kitchen staff in maintaining orderly workspaces. **COMPENSATION** Base salary: S/1130.00 \+ Consumption surcharge: S/300 \+ Tip points **BENEFITS** \- Full payroll registration with 100% statutory benefits \- Meal coverage \- Corporate discounts \- Benefits effective from Day 1 of employment Workplace: On-site employment
