At Refriworld Perú, we are looking for a Commercial Advisor to join our team. **Requirements:** \- Technical or university studies in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Telemarketing, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing. \- Knowledge of customer service and Microsoft Office. \- ERP experience (DAC or other) is desirable. **Responsibilities:** \- Receive and register daily requests from new customers. \- Prepare quotations in the DAC ERP system or via web. \- Follow up on sent quotations. \- Acquire new customers through telephone calls and social media. \- Send technical data sheets and information requested by customers. \- Receive purchase orders. \- Issue invoices and shipping guides in the ERP. \- Coordinate dispatches with the logistics department and deliveries with the warehouse. \- Send commercial offers biweekly. **Competencies:** \- Empathy. \- Organization. \- Communication skills. \- Proactivity and initiative. \- Customer orientation. \- Teamwork. **Working Hours:** \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. \- Saturdays: 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Workplace: Av.
