Position Summary: We are seeking a Part-Time Communications Assistant to design graphic assets, manage social media accounts, and support activations and events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Graphic design for social media posts and promotional materials. 2. Social media management and basic performance analysis. 3. Support for business unit activations and events. This is a Part-Time Communications Assistant position at TomoLab. Main Responsibilities: * Design graphic assets for social media, advertising, and promotional materials. * Manage social media: content scheduling, tracking of advertising campaigns, and basic performance analysis. * Support business unit activations and events. * Assist in preparing and distributing promotional materials such as flyers, coupons, and other marketing collateral. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Education: Final-year student or graduate in Communication Sciences, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Skills: Proficiency in Illustrator, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
