Join the best team and transcend with your talent as a **Compliance Projects Specialist (Analytics)** **Your primary objective will be:** To manage strategic projects and initiatives of the division and business areas in coordination with technology and business units, to deliver an AMAZING experience **How will you achieve it?** * Manage implementation of the division’s strategic projects starting from business case development. * Provide advisory support for business area requirements through participation in workshops and planning sessions. * Prioritize the requirements backlog based on business value and risk mitigation, participating from requirement definition through to implementation. * Collaboratively develop, with the IT team, user stories, experience maps, and planning dashboards for requirement implementation. * Actively participate in meetings with the bank’s agile teams, ensuring the IT development team clearly understands the objectives and user stories for development. * Periodically present project performance indicators and prioritized requirements for each planning session. * Provide sign-off and quality assurance for technological adaptations. **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience managing large-scale projects. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office. * Advanced MS Project / Microsoft Planner. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Jira, SQL Server, Teradata. * AWS (desirable). * Experience with agile methodologies. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Decision-making. * Results orientation. * Strong negotiation skills. **What do we offer at Interbank?** * An AMAZING experience with our flexible work model “Interbank Eres”. * Development opportunities: growth paths and upskilling/reskilling tools at Interbank and across all Group Intercorp companies. * Being part of the digital transformation of one of Peru’s most important companies. **Apply now and join a team that always aims higher!** At Interbank, we are committed to equal opportunity.
