Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and inspect construction execution, manage site representatives, monitor schedules, and report progress. Key Highlights: 1. Constant communication and preparation of progress reports. **Main Responsibilities** * **Construction Supervision** * Inspect fieldwork execution. * Verify that work items are carried out in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Identify construction deviations and request corrective actions. * **Site Representative Management** * Supervise the performance of site representatives. * Monitor fulfillment of their duties and responsibilities. * Require submission of daily reports and adherence to schedules. * **Schedule Monitoring** * Review and monitor the construction schedule. * Verify that field progress aligns with the planned schedule. * Alert delays and request corrective actions. * **Progress Control** * Review physical progress of construction. * Validate executed measurements and ongoing work items. * Prepare progress reports for coordination purposes. * **Communication and Reporting** * Maintain constant communication with coordination and operations teams. * Report incidents, delays, or issues identified on-site. * Submit periodic status reports on supervised projects. **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Architecture preferred). * Experience in construction supervision or execution. * Ability to inspect fieldwork and enforce compliance by the construction team. **Remuneration:** between S/1500 and S/2000.
