Together, we lead the way toward more sustainable mining and construction. **Join Our Team** If you are interested in developing in a strategic position with high business impact, join our **Finance** team as **Administrative Controller**. **Your Mission** You will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive financial control, analysis, and management of Services and Spare Parts operations across the Andean\-Caribbean region, acting as a strategic business partner to ensure operational sustainability and profitability. Through implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and control mechanisms, you will contribute to informed decision-making and achievement of financial and operational objectives. **What Will Be My Responsibilities?** * Prepare and analyze monthly contract profitability reports, identifying variances against budget and forecast. * Ensure accurate allocation and control of revenues and costs associated with service contracts. * Monitor and analyze key cost drivers, such as labor, productivity, efficiency, non-productive time, and spare parts consumption. * Conduct weekly review of technical work orders, validating consistency, productivity, and correct cost allocation. * Approve and track technician overtime hours and advance requests, ensuring alignment with budget and operational needs. * Perform biweekly review of open work orders (WIP), ensuring proper valuation, progress tracking, and identification of financial risks. * Prepare executive presentations and financial insights to support decision-making for the Parts and Services department. * Participate in financial evaluation of new contracts, projects, and commercial initiatives, analyzing feasibility, risks, and expected return. * Support the Administration and Finance Manager in implementing internal control policies, reviewing consolidated financial performance, and monitoring accounting practices aligned with corporate guidelines and local regulations. **Ideal Candidate for This Position:** * Accounting professional. * Solid experience in finance and administration, ideally in similar financial controller roles. * Experience preparing regional reports, profitability analysis, cost control, and tracking financial KPIs. * Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP system knowledge for data extraction. * Power BI knowledge preferred. * Familiarity with systems (ideally VIP/internal ERP) for data extraction. * Strong analytical capability, effective communication, adaptability, sound judgment for decision-making, and results orientation in dynamic environments. **It All Starts with People.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must develop to serve a growing population.
