Job Summary: We are seeking staff to actively deliver customer service, set tables, collect glassware, and maintain cleanliness and order in assigned restaurant areas. Key Highlights: 1. What do you need? \- Completion of secondary education. \- Minimum 3–6 months’ experience in customer service or as a Runner / Busser in restaurants or cafés. \- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. \- Availability to work in Miraflores. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. What will you do? * Actively manage MOT (Moment of True) execution—greeting, thanking, bidding farewell to customers, and delivering service. * Set tables. * Collect glassware, tableware, and bottles from tables. * Maintain order and cleanliness in areas assigned by the waiter during opening and closing of service. * Maintain stock of sauces, napkins, and service utensils. * Stock and organize auxiliary stations and/or side tables. * Deliver orders to customers’ tables. * Support other tasks assigned by management.
