Excellent working environment **Job Description** We are looking for a **Cost and Construction Scheduling Specialist**, responsible for preparing, analyzing, and controlling budgets and schedules in engineering projects, ensuring proper planning and optimization of resources. **Requirements** * Graduate professional in **Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum **24 months** of experience serving as: * Specialist / Engineer / Head / Responsible / Reviewer * Experience in: * Cost estimation and construction scheduling (sanitation and stormwater drainage projects) * Budgeting and cost control * Participation in: * Preparation and/or supervision of **pre-investment studies** * **Technical files** * **Final studies** * Experience in **general consulting services** **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and review construction budgets. * Develop execution schedules (construction scheduling). * Analyze direct and indirect costs. * Conduct physical and financial progress monitoring and control. * Participate in the preparation and/or review of technical files. * Coordinate with various technical project teams. **We Offer** * Market-competitive remuneration * Participation in high-impact projects * Opportunity for professional growth * Excellent working environment Willingness to travel to Puerto Maldonado Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.6,000.00 \- S/.8,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
