Work Modality * In-person * **Location:** Av. Nicolás de Piérola 589 (Former Crillón Hotel), Cercado de Lima. * Schedule: Full-time * Shift: Afternoon Main Responsibilities * Handle incoming calls from Entel Chile customers. * Resolve inquiries and complaints related to mobile services. * Provide information regarding billing, contracts, plan changes, and payment methods. * Manage service restoration and device replacements. * Retain customers and perform cross-selling (Cross-Selling) by offering new lines, additional lines, and devices. Working Hours * Monday to Sunday. * Rotating shifts within the time range of **12:00 pm to 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 12:00 pm** * **8 hours of work + 1 hour break.** * Rotating day off (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). Training * In-person training. * **13 days of training.** * Schedule: **Monday to Saturday, 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm** Benefits * Fixed salary of **S/ 1,300**. * Welcome bonus of **S/ 40 per training day**, subject to successful completion of the training program and contract signing. * Career path bonus of up to **S/ 230** (Edenred card). * Performance-based incentives and/or commissions.
