Ensure compliance with production timelines and quality We are seeking **Cutting Workshop Operators** for a Peruvian retail company at its distribution center in Cercado de Lima (intersection of Argentina Avenue and Universitaria Avenue). Responsibilities: Perform material cutting activities according to established technical and quality specifications, ensuring adherence to production timelines to meet customer requirements. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Cutting Operator or Technician using material cutting machines and equipment (stone, wood, plastic, metal, etc.). Availability for on-site work in Cercado de Lima (bordering Callao). Benefits: Formal employment under the General Regime with statutory benefits. Fixed-term contract of minimum 6 months to 1 year. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (48 hours per week). Overtime pay. Rotating shifts every 15 days or monthly, depending on increased demand (peak season).
