You will work for the Advisory Group Water & Maritime and Resilience in Latin America. This team comprises approximately 50 professionals, is based in Lima, Peru, and collaborates closely with other offices (the Netherlands, the United Kingdom), excelling across a broad range of services and competencies in climate resilience, water resources, and infrastructure development. We offer our clients—both private and (semi-)governmental—a full suite of services across all project phases: from conception, through master planning, feasibility and design, to construction supervision. We maintain a strong presence in the Netherlands but operate globally. **What are we looking for in you?** ------------------------ We seek an engineer with a solid track record managing multidisciplinary projects, leading engineering teams, and coordinating with clients—ensuring achievement of technical, contractual, financial, and schedule objectives. Requirements: * Professional degree in: Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. * Specialized education: A **Master’s degree** in Hydraulic Engineering, Water Resources, Project Management, or related disciplines is required. * Minimum **15 years** of professional experience since obtaining the degree. * Specific experience: Proven experience of at least 15 years in roles such as: Project Director, Project Manager, Study Director, Study Head, or Project Head. * Proven experience leading or managing the development of feasibility studies, preparation and/or supervision of final studies, preparation and/or supervision of technical files, detailed engineering, or supervision of detailed engineering. * **Experience must relate to hydraulic projects including at least one of the following components: Dams, hydraulic tunnels, canals, or intakes.** **What can you expect from us?** ------------------------------------ At Haskoning, we offer much more than a job—we offer you the chance to be part of a professional journey.
