Job Summary: Ensure proper cleaning and availability of tableware, utensils, and kitchenware, contributing to the smooth operation of the restaurant and compliance with hygiene standards. Responsibility, organization, and teamwork **Objective** Ensure proper cleaning, organization, and availability of tableware, utensils, and kitchenware, contributing to the smooth operation of the restaurant and compliance with hygiene standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Wash, dry, and organize tableware, utensils, and glassware. * Operate and maintain the dishwashing area in good condition. * Sort and restock supplies according to operational needs. * Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas. * Support the kitchen team with operational tasks as required. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in cleaning, kitchen operations, or similar roles (preferred). * Candidates **with no experience** are also considered, provided they demonstrate strong willingness to learn. * Availability to work **rotating shifts** (opening, mid-shift, and closing). * Availability to work in **San Isidro or nearby districts**. * Ability to perform effectively in **high-operational-demand and dynamic work environments**. * Responsibility, organization, and teamwork. **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration — General Regime. * Statutory benefits. * Meal coverage. * Corporate discounts. * Growth opportunities.
