Ongoing training in safety and industrial processes At **Grupo Novalty**, an industry leader, we are looking for dynamic, responsible individuals eager to grow and join our production team as a **Factory Operator**. **JOB SUMMARY** Your primary mission will be to carry out operational activities on the production line, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards within scheduled timeframes. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate production machinery and equipment following work instructions. * Perform product assembly, packaging, labeling, and palletizing. * Conduct visual inspection of finished products to ensure quality. * Supply the production line with appropriate materials. * Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area. * Strictly comply with safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Completed secondary education (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in similar roles within industrial plants (preferred; however, if you have the right attitude, we will train you!). * **Skills:** Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical instructions. * **Availability:** To work in Villa El Salvador. **WHAT WE OFFER?** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Excellent work climate and growth opportunities. * Ongoing training in safety and industrial processes. * Salary: S/1600\-S/1800 based on evaluation.
