




Job Summary: This File Assistant role involves organizing, updating and controlling personnel files, verifying documentation, digitalizing and safeguarding information, and supporting audits. Support in internal and external audits **FILE ASSISTANT \- PROJECT-BASED (4 months)** **What are we looking for?** * Technical or university graduates in Archival Science, Archival Studies, Administration, or related fields. (Not mandatory) * Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative, filing, or document management functions (Mandatory). * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Office tools (Mandatory). * Availability to work onsite at Av. Maquinarias 2414, Cercado de Lima (Mandatory). * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am – 5:15 pm (Mandatory). **What will you do in this role?** * Organize, update and control employee personnel files. * Verify documentation and enter information into the system. * Digitalize and safeguard documents, ensuring information confidentiality. * Support internal and external audits related to employment information. * Participate in projects aimed at improving document management and administrative processes within the department. **Working Conditions:** * Salary range: PEN 1800 – PEN 2000 (subject to evaluation) * Payment via honorarium receipt. * Project duration: 4 months * Onsite work modality * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 5:15 pm * Location: Av.
