Job Summary: LEPSA, a company specializing in industrial equipment, is seeking an experienced machinery operator for technical tasks and equipment maintenance support. Key Highlights: 1. Perform technical tasks related to machinery operation. 2. Assist in restricting and delineating the operational area. 3. Collaborate in developing the preventive and operational maintenance plan. LEPSA is a Peruvian company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of corrosion-resistant industrial equipment made from FRP and thermoplastics. We primarily provide solutions to companies in the mining and fishing sectors. **REQUIREMENTS** * Valid DNI. * Valid certification or accreditation for forklift operation. Availability to work on-site in Lurín, near km 40\. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform technical tasks related to machinery operation. * Assist in restricting and delineating the operational area. * Collaborate in developing the preventive and operational maintenance plan for equipment. * Verify the area and movement path before initiating any movement. * Conduct full equipment inspections prior to commencing operations. * Comply with the equipment’s corresponding operation manual. **JOB CONDITIONS** **Compensation: S/ 2,000** **Additionally, the following bonuses are provided:** * Mobility bonus: S/ 100 * Meal allowance: S/ 120 * Perfect attendance bonus: S/ 100 WORKING HOURS * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. * Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: Two Saturdays per month, on alternate weeks, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **BENEFITS** * Enrollment in payroll from day one. * Full statutory labor benefits under the General Regime (Family Allowance, profit-sharing, etc.). Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,001\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
