We seek committed, organized individuals with a passion for gastronomy. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Prepare tapas boards (cheeses, cured meats, and hams). * Prepare sandwiches according to the menu. * Prepare tomato-based sauces. * Care for and maintain products in display cases and exhibitions. * Perform knife-cut demonstrations in-store and at private events. * Organize and label production for stock. * Supervise production staff. * Maintain cleanliness of the work area. * Supervise cleaning of cutting boards, slicers, and vacuum sealers. * Place orders for products and equipment required by the department. * Maintain records of supplies. * Manage daily stock and inventory for the production area. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. ***Requirements*** * Currently studying gastronomy or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 3 months of experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar positions. * Knowledge of food handling practices. * Slicer operation experience (preferred). * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills. * Availability to work Full Time on rotating shifts. * Availability to work in **SURCO**. ***Benefits*** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Enrollment in REMYPE payroll from day one. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Being part of a solid and continuously growing company.
