Position Summary: Supports the design and production of graphic assets for various channels, development of visual resources, and video editing, applying the brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and production of graphic assets for multiple platforms. 2. Collaboration in developing a visual resource library. 3. Video production and editing for social media. Support the design and production of graphic assets for email campaigns, social media, websites, and various communication materials. Collaborate in the development and maintenance of a visual resource library (templates, brand guidelines), following directives defined by the Marketing Department. Design and layout assets for campaigns, trade fairs, presentations, and commercial materials under supervision. Support coordination of photo and video shoots. Produce and edit videos for social media (basic recording, editing in CapCut/Premiere, captioning, and adaptation to vertical formats such as Reels). Adapt graphic assets to different formats and channels (social media, web, print, digital). Support maintaining and updating visual resources in the Agents Hubs, alongside the Marketing team. Create graphic assets for the monthly social media content calendar (based on pre-defined themes and copy). Apply the brand guidelines to all produced assets. Requirements Recent graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. No prior work experience required; internship experience, freelance projects, or academic portfolio are valued. Interest or experience in tourism is desirable (not mandatory). Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (intermediate level); knowledge of InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere is a plus. Familiarity with Figma or Canva.
