Job Summary: We are seeking a Hanging Operator to ensure the welfare of poultry and continuity of operations at a processing plant, adhering to quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth and development I am looking for a **Hanging Operator** to work at a processing plant located in Huacho. **Requirements:** · Completed primary education. · Minimum one year of relevant work experience preferred. · Possession of CUL (Certijoven or Certiadulto). · Minimum height of 1\.60 m. · Availability to work rotating shifts and overtime. · Ability to work in warm-temperature environments. · Residence in areas adjacent to Huacho (Santa María). **Responsibilities:** · Hang live poultry on the processing line following established procedures to ensure animal welfare and operational continuity. · Comply with quality, safety, and performance standards during operations. · Verify proper functioning of the area and report any incidents or process deviations. · Adhere to safety and environmental regulations. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Work Schedule and Location:** · Rotating shifts. · Day shift: approximate start time 7:00 a.m. · Night shift: approximate start time 10:00 p.m. · Working days: Monday through Saturday. · Fixed day off: Sunday. · During peak production seasons, daily working hours range from 10 to 12 hours. · Work location: Huacho (Santa María). **Benefits:** · Full payroll registration from the first day of employment. · All statutory benefits. · Base salary: S/. 1,450\. · Paid overtime, averaging approximately S/. 500\. · Overtime bonus of approximately S/. 100\. · Night shift bonus. · Meal coverage according to work schedule. · Mobility bonus of S/. 4 per day worked. · Production bonus delivered via food vouchers: · Up to S/. 125 during the first 6 months. · Up to S/. 250 after 6 months. · Timely salary payments, including biweekly advances of 30%–40% of the monthly salary. · Opportunity for professional growth and development. ***Interested candidates must submit their CV through this channel to be contacted.*** Salary: Starting from S/.1,450\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
