




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional or related field specialist with experience in operational recruitment to manage high-volume selection processes in dynamic environments. Organizational, planning, and follow-up capabilities **Candidate Profile** We seek a professional or graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields, with experience in operational staff recruitment. The candidate must be capable of managing high-volume selection processes, results-oriented, and skilled at operating effectively in dynamic environments. **Requirements** * Minimum one to two years of experience in recruitment and selection. * Specific experience in sourcing operational staff, including recent graduates, technicians, or field-based profiles. * Knowledge of job posting, resume screening, and pre-selection interviews. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in human resources information systems (HRIS or ATS). * Organizational, planning, and process follow-up capabilities. * Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills. **Main Responsibilities** * Publish and disseminate job openings across various recruitment channels. * Conduct resume screening focused on operational graduate profiles. * Conduct telephone and virtual pre-selection interviews. * Coordinate interviews with department heads. * Manage and maintain an updated candidate database. * Follow up on selection processes until hiring is completed. * Support onboarding processes for new employees. * Participate in mass recruitment processes when required. * Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the process. **Differentiating Value** Experience in international recruitment—particularly labor mobility processes to Spain—as well as experience in sectors with high demand for operational staff, such as construction, transportation, industry, or services, will be highly valued.
