




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment processes, contract administration, and attendance tracking, collaborating with various departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in recruitment and selection processes. 2. Preparation and management of contracts and attendance records. 3. Collaboration in report preparation and cross-departmental coordination. Job Posting: Human Resources Assistant Location: This position requires availability to work in Miraflores, San Isidro, and La Molina on specific days. Main Responsibilities: * Support in recruitment and selection processes. * Preparation and management of contracts, payroll slips, and personnel files. * Registration and management of attendance, vacations, and medical leaves. * Support on occupational safety and health (OSH) matters. * Preparation of Excel reports and coordination with various administrative departments.
