The position is **primarily remote**, with occasional in-person meetings or tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Posting job announcements. * Resume screening and interview coordination. * Contacting applicants via **WhatsApp**. * Supporting hiring processes. * Providing administrative support for Human Resources department tasks. **Work Modality:** * **Part-Time (approx. 25 hours per week)** * Availability between **9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.** to respond to inquiries or coordinate with applicants. * **Home Office modality.** * Occasionally **1 or 2 days per week on-site** (as needed). **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing studies in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields**. * Experience or interest in **recruitment and personnel selection**. * Strong writing and communication skills. * Organizational skills and digital file management. * Proficiency in **WhatsApp and digital tools**. **Conditions:** * MYPE labor regime. * Possibility of engagement via **Receipt for Professional Services (RxH)**. * Flexible modality focused on objective achievement.
